Return Policy

At Franky Karmen LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return process to ensure you are happy with your shopping experience.
 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (including all original tags, packaging, and labels).

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order. After this period, we will not accept any returns.

  • Custom-designed or personalized items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.

  • Sale items or clearance items are also non-returnable.
     

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
 

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at frankycarmen@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following details:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the item(s) if the item is defective or damaged

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that you include this number in the return package.

  3. Packaging: Please securely pack the items in their original packaging (if possible). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if it’s not covered by Franky Karmen LLC.
     

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that the following may apply:

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the item is not in its original condition, or is damaged, a partial refund may be issued.
     

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and then placing a new order for the item you wish to receive. We are unable to guarantee stock availability for exchanges, so it’s quicker to place a new order.
 

For exchanges, please follow the Return Process above, and once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
 

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately at [Insert Email] with the following:

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect or damage

We will provide you with a prepaid return label and send you a replacement item at no additional charge. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
 

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
     

International Returns

For international orders, the return process remains the same; however, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the items are marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any customs fees or taxes incurred on the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
